Since my blog's beginning, my life has changed dramatically from being an unhappy, stressed-out middle school teacher. I am now a happy-go-lucky substitute teacher who works when I want, where I want and enjoys hobbies for the first time in many, many years! I know, I know... I'm a lucky one. I now enjoy sewing, time in the kitchen, books, traveling, gardening, being a Morkie mommy, long walks.
So here I am and want to know from you:
Should I continue this blog? What would you like to see and read here? If I don't hear from anyone (feel the pressure?), I'll get the message. I won't feel bad, I promise. Well, maybe for a day...but I'll recover.
You left a comment for the giveaway on my blog http://aquiltersmission.blogspot.com, but you are a 'no reply' commenter. If you want to go back and leave your email address....I can make you part of the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI love love the name of your blog. It is awesome that you get to be home more and do more of the fun things you want to do. I say blog, blog you life and then later print it.
ReplyDeleteBarb, thank you. I do love my life now that I'm the one in charge of it! Stress and no personal time can make a person feel very unhappy. I will come back here and blog when I can and when I think of something fantastic to share! *p.s. You have no idea how many times I've wanted to change this blog's name...thanks for the compliment!
DeleteKathy, your writing is engaging and you should definitely continue if it does you good. I found your blog this morning after you left a comment on mine and am glad I did! I too like the funny name you chose. Congratulations on this new transition! You will find a lot of things to fill your time right up. I hope to see you sharing some of them here!
ReplyDeletePS.... Middle School! Ooftah! That would stress anyone out!
ReplyDeleteHi Kathy. Your blog just gave me some inspiration. I've been wanting to do a blog for a long time now and didn't for the same reasons you mentioned.
ReplyDeleteAnd I do like quilting, but I am always thinking of doing a large project like a comferter quilt, but a bag is a nice way to start and it will take much less time so I can make variations. Thank you.
