Here it is New Year's Eve with only a handful of hours left til the bells ring in 2022.
So many things have made this an unbelievable year.
Many of those I'd rather forget.
Above all, I've been blessed in many ways.
I'm always grateful for those sweet blessings, no matter how small.
The one thing I've focused on this past year is trying to be my best self.
To be kind, thoughtful, honest, caring, and giving.
There is always room for improvement, but I think I'm well on my way.
May 2022 be good to you.
Blessings for health and happiness to each of you!

Love that purple friendship star quilt and the lemoyne star! You had a very successful year in the quilting room. May 2022 be positive, healthy and happy for you!
ReplyDeleteSEW many wonderful projects completed in 2021, Kathy!! Wishing a Quilty New Year!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your accomplishments. Always so fun to see lots of pretty projects in one place. Hoping for another productive year.
ReplyDeleteBusy, busy indeed, such a lot of wonderful stitching here.
ReplyDeleteYou HAVE been busy this year. Lot's of great recycling ideas here. I especially like the Christmas ornament idea because there is usually enough to make one. Then, fill them with the tiny bit scraps left. I also love the idea of adding a label on your bib which actually would cover the stitching of the hook and loop tape. I must make my great grand baby a bib from Dad's shirt scraps.
ReplyDeleteYou have had a very productive year it seems both personally and in the sewing room. Kudos to you! And a very happy new year to you and yours!
